We work with students, parents, teachers, schools, educational institutions, and organizations to provide educational programs and technology-focused learning experiences.
2. Eligibility and Use of Our Services
You may use our Services only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
Where a student is under eighteen years of age, registration, enrollment, payment, consent, and other contractual actions relating to the student's participation must be completed or authorized by the student's parent, legal guardian, school, educational institution, or another person legally authorized to do so.
You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current when registering for or using our Services and to update such information when necessary.
3. Educational Programs and Services
Sarasya Skills may offer educational programs in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, AIoT, 3D Printing, coding, technology, and other related areas. Programs may be offered through schools, educational institutions, physical locations, online or digital channels, workshops, camps, competitions, or other formats.
The exact curriculum, duration, schedule, location, instructors, activities, materials, projects, and program structure may vary between programs and may be modified when reasonably necessary.
Participation in a Sarasya Skills program does not guarantee any particular academic result, examination result, competition result, certification outcome, employment opportunity, admission outcome, or other specific result.
Our programs are intended for educational and skill-development purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they should not be considered professional, financial, medical, legal, or other specialized advice.
4. Registration and Enrollment
Certain Services may require registration or enrollment. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Sarasya Skills reserves the right to accept, decline, suspend, or cancel a registration or enrollment where reasonably necessary, including where information provided is inaccurate, a program is full, payment has not been completed, or these Terms have been violated.
Where a school or educational institution enrolls students in a Sarasya Skills program, the terms of the arrangement between Sarasya Skills and the relevant institution may also apply.
5. School and Parent Responsibilities
### Responsibilities of Schools and Educational Institutions
Where Sarasya Skills provides its Services through or in partnership with a school or educational institution, the school or institution is responsible for coordinating with Sarasya Skills regarding student enrollment, scheduling, access to appropriate facilities, and other operational requirements necessary for delivery of the agreed program.
The school or institution is responsible for providing Sarasya Skills with accurate information necessary for the delivery of the program and for ensuring that students participating in the program are appropriately authorized to participate.
The school or institution is also responsible for communicating relevant program information, schedules, rules, and safety requirements to students, parents, and guardians where applicable. Where the program is conducted on school premises, the school remains responsible for its own general school policies, premises, supervision arrangements, emergency procedures, and other responsibilities that legally remain with the institution.
Sarasya Skills is responsible for delivering the educational content and Services that it has agreed to provide. Sarasya Skills does not assume the general duties, responsibilities, or legal obligations of the school or educational institution merely because it is providing an educational program on the school's premises or to the school's students.
Responsibilities of Parents and Legal Guardians
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate information relating to the student that is reasonably required for participation in Sarasya Skills programs. This may include the student's name, age, grade, school, parent or guardian contact information, emergency contact information, and other information necessary for safe and effective delivery of the Services.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that they understand the nature of the program in which the student is enrolled and for communicating relevant instructions, schedules, participation requirements, and safety information to the student where appropriate.
Where a program involves robotics, electronics, tools, 3D printing equipment, electrical components, computers, or other equipment, parents and guardians should ensure that the student understands the importance of following the safety instructions provided by Sarasya Skills, the school, instructors, and authorized personnel.
Parents and guardians are responsible for informing Sarasya Skills or the relevant school, where appropriate, of any information that may reasonably affect the student's safe participation in a program.
Student Participation and Conduct
Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions, follow reasonable instructions provided by instructors and authorized school personnel, use equipment responsibly, treat other participants and staff respectfully, and comply with applicable school and Sarasya Skills rules.
Students must not intentionally damage equipment, interfere with the operation of technology or systems, access systems without authorization, or engage in behavior that creates a safety risk or materially disrupts the learning environment.
Division of Responsibilities
Sarasya Skills, schools, parents, guardians, and students each have different responsibilities in relation to the delivery of educational programs. Sarasya Skills is responsible for the educational Services it has agreed to provide, while schools, parents, guardians, and students remain responsible for matters that are within their respective control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer a legal duty or responsibility from a school, parent, guardian, or other responsible party to Sarasya Skills where that duty or responsibility is imposed on that party by applicable law or by a separate agreement.
Where responsibilities are specifically agreed between Sarasya Skills and a school or educational institution under a separate written agreement, that agreement will govern the relevant responsibilities to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.
6. Fees and Payments
Certain Services may require payment of a fee. The applicable fee, payment schedule, taxes, and other charges will be communicated to you before or at the time of enrollment or purchase.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and to make payments within the applicable payment period.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Sarasya Skills does not generally store complete payment card details or banking credentials on its own systems.
Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, fees are subject to the applicable refund and cancellation terms communicated for the relevant program or product.
7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
Cancellation, refund, replacement, and rescheduling terms may differ depending on the particular program, workshop, camp, competition, product, kit, or service.
Where specific cancellation or refund terms are provided at the time of registration or purchase, those terms will apply.
If a program or event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or materially changed by Sarasya Skills due to circumstances including operational requirements, instructor availability, school schedules, technical issues, force majeure events, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we may offer an alternative date, alternative arrangement, credit, replacement, or refund where applicable.
Any refund will be subject to the applicable refund policy and payment processing requirements.
8. Student Conduct
Students and participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during all Sarasya Skills programs and activities.
Participants must not engage in behavior that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or harmful to other students, instructors, school personnel, Sarasya Skills staff, equipment, facilities, or property.
Participants must not intentionally damage, misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Sarasya Skills equipment, robotics kits, computers, software, networks, accounts, websites, or other technology.
Where a participant engages in serious misconduct or repeatedly violates applicable rules, Sarasya Skills may suspend or terminate the participant's participation in a program, subject to applicable arrangements with the parent, guardian, school, or institution.
9. Robotics, Electronics, Tools, and Equipment
Certain Sarasya Skills programs may involve robotics kits, electronics, tools, 3D printers, computers, mechanical components, electrical components, or other equipment.
Participants must use such equipment only for its intended educational purpose and in accordance with instructions provided by Sarasya Skills, instructors, schools, or authorized personnel.
Participants must follow all applicable safety instructions. Sarasya Skills may restrict or suspend access to equipment where it reasonably believes that continued use may create a safety risk or cause damage.
Parents, guardians, schools, and participating institutions are responsible for ensuring that students follow applicable safety instructions and supervision requirements, subject to Sarasya Skills' own safety responsibilities described below.
10. Sarasya Skills Safety Responsibilities
Sarasya Skills is committed to maintaining a reasonably safe learning environment and will take appropriate and reasonable precautions in connection with the educational Services it provides. This includes providing age-appropriate activities and instructions, providing reasonable safety guidance for equipment and activities used as part of our programs, ensuring that instructors and authorized personnel provide appropriate supervision during sessions within the scope of the agreed program, and taking reasonable steps to identify and address foreseeable safety risks associated with the activities conducted by Sarasya Skills.
Where our programs involve robotics, electronics, electrical components, tools, 3D printers, machinery, computers, or other equipment, Sarasya Skills will provide participants with appropriate instructions regarding the safe use of such equipment and will establish reasonable procedures for its use. Sarasya Skills may restrict, modify, or discontinue an activity where it reasonably believes that the activity presents an unacceptable safety risk.
Sarasya Skills will take reasonable steps to ensure that equipment supplied or used directly by Sarasya Skills for educational activities is maintained in a reasonably safe and usable condition. Participants will not be permitted to knowingly use equipment in a manner that is inconsistent with safety instructions or creates an unreasonable risk of injury or damage.
In the event of an accident, injury, medical concern, or other safety incident occurring during a Sarasya Skills program, Sarasya Skills will take reasonable immediate steps appropriate to the circumstances, which may include stopping the relevant activity, providing basic first response within the capabilities of its personnel, contacting the designated school representative, parent or guardian, or emergency services where appropriate, and documenting the incident as reasonably necessary.
Where a program is conducted on school premises or through a school, Sarasya Skills' safety responsibilities relate to the activities and Services provided by Sarasya Skills. The school remains responsible for its premises, general school operations, its own staff and students, emergency procedures, and other responsibilities that legally or contractually remain with the school.
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing Sarasya Skills or the relevant school with accurate and relevant information that may reasonably affect a student's safe participation. This may include information about allergies, medical restrictions, physical limitations, or other circumstances that the parent or guardian believes Sarasya Skills should reasonably know in order to provide the program safely.
Participants are expected to follow all reasonable safety instructions provided by Sarasya Skills, instructors, school personnel, and authorized staff. Sarasya Skills cannot be responsible for injuries, damage, or incidents resulting from a participant's deliberate misuse of equipment, refusal to follow reasonable safety instructions, unauthorized use of equipment, or other conduct outside the reasonable control of Sarasya Skills, except to the extent that liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit Sarasya Skills' responsibility for its own negligence, willful misconduct, failure to take reasonable safety precautions, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Student Projects and Submissions
Students may create projects, designs, code, presentations, models, robotics projects, AI projects, or other work as part of our programs.
